In a closely watched contest, Hasnain Masoodi of the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference emerged victorious in the Pampore Assembly Constituency election, securing a significant win with a margin of 2,763 votes over his nearest rival.

    • Abdul Quyoom Mir (Independent): 2,305 votes (-12,783)
    • Aadil Rashid Bhat (Independent): 2,237 votes (-12,851)
    • Mohammad Altaf Mir (Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party): 1,543 votes (-13,545)
    • Mohd Asif Ganai (Independent): 1,185 votes (-13,903)
    • Syed Showkat Gayoor Andrabi (Bharatiya Janata Party): 957 votes (-14,131)
    • Bilal Ahmad Bhat (Independent): 797 votes (-14,291)
    • Parvaiz Ahmad Hajam (Jammu & Kashmir National Panthers Party – Bhim): 653 votes (-14,435)
    • Mohammad Akbar Lone (Independent): 530 votes (-14,558)
    • Mashooq Ahmad Mir (Jammu and Kashmir Nationalist People’s Front): 476 votes (-14,612)
    • Arshid Ahmad (Jammu & Kashmir Awami National Conference): 289 votes (-14,799)
    • Shakeel Ahmad Dar (Independent): 222 votes (-14,866)

Additionally, NOTA (None of the Above) garnered 966 votes (-14,122).

Hasnain Masoodi’s win is seen as a major boost for the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference in the region, while several independent candidates and smaller parties struggled to make a significant impact.
