Rapid KL Extends Train Services Tonight for Gaza Solidarity Rally at Axiata Arena

In an act of support for a deeply emotional cause, Rapid KL has announced extended train services tonight to ensure smooth transportation for the expected crowd heading to the “Himpunan Solidariti Bersama Gaza” rally at Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil.

The Bukit Jalil LRT station, which is directly connected to the venue, will remain open until 12:30 AM, with additional trains being deployed to accommodate the large number of attendees coming to show their unwavering support for the people of Palestine.

To make travel even more convenient, interchange stations across the Kelana Jaya, Ampang/Sri Petaling, Monorail, Kajang, and Putrajaya lines will also remain open later than usual. While other stations will close as per their regular schedule, passengers will still be allowed to disembark at those stops after the event concludes.

Commuters are strongly encouraged to use Touch ‘n Go cards or purchase return tokens in advance to skip the queues. Live updates can be followed via Rapid KL’s official social media channels or through the PULSE app.

But beyond the logistics, this night stands for something far greater.

The rally aims to send a clear and unified message: Malaysians stand with Palestine. Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who will be present at the rally, has passionately urged Malaysians to join in—not only in support of Gaza but also to honor the bravery of the Global Sumud Flotilla (GSF), a mission that challenged the ongoing blockade on Gaza.

“Let us come together in one voice, shoulder to shoulder, to demand freedom, dignity, and sovereignty for Palestine,” said the Prime Minister.

Tonight isn’t just about a rally. It’s about humanity. It’s about compassion. It’s about reminding the world that every voice matters—especially when it rises in defense of those who are voiceless. Whether you’re physically attending or standing in solidarity from afar, your support echoes far beyond borders.
